On Pain as Messenger Part 3
Last week we talked about how, at some point in your life, pebbles and sticks began to gather at a bend in your stream, and then continued to collect until you had a blockage, and there was your pain.
I promised you a short meditation to being to discover what the first stick to clear out of your blockage might look like, and here it is.
It is a 10 minute exploration of the nature of a sensation, and it is a step towards changing away from viewing pain with tension and frustration or fear, and instead, moving into curiosity and exploration.
